   Solar activity should be at very low levels throughout October, with the   
   possibility of C-class flares.   
      
   The geomagnetic activity has reached G2 level (moderate) the end of September,   
   so the propagation conditions could be unstable for the entire October. Due to   
   Equinox (Sept. 22nd), at beginning of the month we';ll have excellent long   
   path openings to
