regardless of what my start menu is, the results are the same. There is not a
menu named "Startup"  There is only a "Main" menu and, I have that configured
for all users.  Account statistics and flags match that as sysop with an SL
of 255.  If it was a new user, as I found out, they would start out at the
main menu. Perhaps I could experiment with this but,  this is treating the
symptom and not the cause.
