Those ini/batch files I believe you have to create yourself.

As far as utilities are concerned - Be advised that the "new" Renegades, lets 
say anything past Y2KA2, are totally incompatible with most if not all 
3rd-party utilities.

Darkrealms BBS has remained on a slightly customized Y2KA2 for many years now 
for this and other reasons.
