Nope. He lost the source code or something. That has been discussed to death 
in the IREX echo...

I paid for a license of IREX when I began updating D'Bridge. Eventually I 
shamelessly copied and cloned a lot of the features of IREX and got rid of it.
I then gave my license key to someone else.
