   I hope this is the right place to ask this. My mom gave me head phones   
   for Christmas. They dont look like any other phones and dont have a   
   screen or dialing buttons. I want to make a call, but how do I dial on   
   these phones. Another thing, the plug on them wont stay plugged in the   
   phone wire thing on the wall.
