   Lane filtering only applies where traffic is stopped.  Presumably, stopped   
   traffic on a MA roadway is just as easily navigated as anywhere else.

   We have a fair number of motorcycle and bicycle accidents/fatalities, here.   
   Yet, the claim is that lane filtering "protects" the riders (from being   
   ass-ended while stopped?).
