   Note that you can also see how the sleds are keyed differently   
   by examining the side rails on the SATA vs SAS/SATAu sleds in   
   these two pics.   
      
   The SAS/SATA has extra material removed (left photo) suggesting some   
   mechanical interference is present in the card cages that accept   
   these sleds and the SATA sled is inhibited from insertion due to   
   the lack of accommodation for that "interference".   
      
   [It's also a stupid oversight that the sled labeling (barely visible   
   as an embossing on the left side of these photos) ends up on the UNDERSIDE   
   of the sled when mounted in the card cage.  Why not emboss both sides?   
   Or, just the topmost side??]
