I don't deadbug, anymore, as I tend to need multiple copies of anything
that I build -- so I prototype in foil.

For epoxy, in general, I like the "dual syringe" applicators:

They seem to "store" better -- a cap seals both tubes in one action.
And, if you show reasonable care, end up dispensing equal parts more
reliably (you have to pay attention to pressing the plunger evenly).

They also have the advantage of being available at local hardware stores,
department stores and home improvement places. In a variety of different
formulations (based on what you are trying to bond) and "work times"
(how long they take to set).

For the old fashioned "two (separate) tube" epoxies, I like JB Weld products.
     But, the tubes inevitably seem
to end up "sticky" from squeezing and handling. Also a wide variety
of targeted applications and work times.

On a related note, I like this "gel" version of cyanoacrylate. It
doesn't seem to end up clogged after one use.
