   |Given enough time, every possible structure is formed via

   |By one calculation, a Boltzmann brain appears as a quantum

While the gravitational potential of that cannonball then
should travel outwards with speed c, that should not be a
gravitational wave, which is a transversal wave. However,
I'm not a expert on this. Moreover, I'm not sure whether
current theories deal with such out-of-nowhere matter at
all and can be applied to it.
