   If the Americans took their constitution seriously they would have   
   impeached him by now.   
      
   The proximal cause of the attack on Iran seems to have been nothing more   
   than the opportunity to kill off a lot of Iran's political leaders when   
   they were having a meeting in a place where they could all be killed off   
   in a single attack.   
      
   Trump should have made at least some pretense of consulting congress   
   before he gave the fatal orders.   
      
   Any ordinary citizen who gave way to such a murderous impulse would be   
   charged with murder, and probably sectioned as clinically insane.
