   'Stochastic' gets used a lot so 100% accuracy isn't even a realistic goal.   
   'Good enough' is the criteria. If a simple model can tell a cat from a dog   
   97% of the time, that's pretty good. Humans aren't 100% either so you   
   could say artificial intelligence is a lot like human intelligence.
