   I am trying to date this beast.   
      
   Serial Number: 07FH3C0   
   Line Fuses are inside, not exposed in the rear.   
   There are no 12 V fuses internally.   
   No ICs on the input side - all discreet.   
   Does have the LED readout.   
      
   Any thoughts?   
      
   Works well, after replacing the 4A fuses. They died from age, the elements had   
   turned black and partially crumbled.
