   Which general methods or algorithms are there to factor over the algebraic   
   numbers an arbitrariliy given univariate or multivariate polynomial over the   
   algebraic numbers or to test their irreducibility over the algebraic numbers?   
      
   2.)   
   Can factorization or irreducibility test over the complex numbers help here?
