   Fyi,   
      
   Made new webpage that has all of Albert Rich Rubi releases   
   collected over the years. These were either emailed to me by Albert   
   or obtained from his old web site which is now gone.   
      
   I did not want these lost, might be useful for some to   
   see Albert's initial rules and how Rubi changed over the years.   
      
   The current official release is 4.17.3 and is not included on this page   
   as 4.17.3 can be downloaded from github    
      
   This new page has one ZIP file per each release from   
   Version 1.0 released on June 20, 2010 until and including   
   version 4.16.1 released on Dec 22 2018. These files   
   are the same as they were originally and unchanged.   
      
   Also all the Mathematica .m files can be viewed online by   
   just clicking on each file name listed under each release   
   section.   
      
   Version 1.0 had only 5 .m files, while Version 4.16.1 had   
   192 m files.
