   where the claim is that there is closed form for "a" integers, a>0.   
      
   integrand  = ((2^(-x) - 3^(-x))/x)^a   
      
   integrated from x=0 to x=infinity.   
      
   So since Rubi does indefinite integration only, I wanted to see if   
   it will evaluate it, then I can afterwords evaluate it at the   
   limits and see the result.
