   Version 4.6 of Rubi, the rule-based integrator, is now available at   
   http://www.apmaths.uwo.ca/RuleBasedMathematics   
      
   Rubi 4.6 consists of 5594 rules for integrating a wide class of mathematical   
   expressions.  The rules are presented in both human- and machine-readable   
   form.  Also the test suite has expanded to 51,771 integration problems and   
   their solutions.   
      
   Among other improvements, this version incorporates a major redesign of the   
   system of rules used to integrate expressions involving logarithms, inverse   
   trig and inverse hyperbolic functions.
