   Version 4.7 of Rubi, the rule-based integrator, is now available at   
   http://www.apmaths.uwo.ca/RuleBasedMathematics      
      
   Rubi 4.7 consists of 5914 rules for integrating a wide class of mathematical   
   expressions.  The rules are presented in both human- and machine-readable   
   form.  Also available is a test suite of 53,770 integration problems and their   
   solutions.  Rubi 4.7    
   uses almost 300,000 rule applications to get the optimal antiderivative on   
   99.79% of the problems.   
      
   Hopefully this will be the last release of Rubi 4.n before Rubi 5.
