   Yes, Rubi definitely needs a coherent set of rules for integrating expressions   
   involving monomials and trig functions.  I invite readers of this post to   
   contribute such a set.  Rubi is a totally open source system that I hope will   
   become a collaborative    
   effort implemented on a wide variety of computer algebra systems.   
      
   But right now, my efforts are focused on compiling Rubi 5.
