   Just finished adding Mupad for the full integration tests   
      
   12000.org/my_notes/CAS_integration_tests/index.htm   
      
   It took 3 weeks full time running on the PC to complete   
   due to frequent issues with memory (I need to buy a bigger PC   
   one day).  Mupad had a time out of 5 minutes. If the computation   
   do not finish in 5 minutes, it is aborted and assumed it failed.   
      
   The executive summary is:   
      
   Rubi: 99.903%   
   Mathematica: 96.731%   
   Maple: 88.276%   
   Mupad: 54.750%   
      
   There are some test files where Mupad simply did not have   
   support for the functions being integrated and so it   
   could not do any one of them, this is why the result is lower   
   than the rest. For example some of the special functions.   
      
   Added histograms and a note on the build system.   
      
   (when I get bigger PC with much more RAM, need at least 64 GB,   
   will attempt adding Maxima also)
