   Timofeev 705 integrals now show the Rubi rules used below each intergal.

   This is proof of concept that it works. And it seems to be   
   ok. The rules used are in table format both in the pdf and in   
   the HTML. I had to use an image to display the table and not   
   typeset it as Latex.   
      
   Will update the rest of the 51,000 integrals at some later time.
