   Hi,   
      
   Rubi 4.9 cannot do the apparently simple elliptic integral   
   Int[Sqrt[(1 + x^2)/(k^2 - x^2)], x]   
      
   Integrate on MMA 10 and Maple 16 can do it without   
   troubles.   
      
   I didn't check all Rubi's rules, but I thought   
   this integral should have been a doodle for   
   Rubi.
