   cannot evaluate   
      
     Integrate[DiracDelta[s*(x - c)]*x, {x, -Infinity, Infinity},   
       Assumptions -> {s > 0, c > 0}]   
      
   correctly anymore: it returns 1+c+1/s instead of c/s.
