   Good news: having tried the FriCAS web interface once in a while, I have   
   found it to be working again, with:   
      
     )version   
      
   reporting:   
      
     Value = "FriCAS 1.3.0 compiled at Thu Sep  1 17:01:37 UTC 2016"   
      
   now. And I find that:   
      
     integrate((a + b*x)/((3 + x^2)*(1 - x^2)^(1/3)), x)   
      
   and:   
      
     integrate((a + b*x)/((3 - x^2)*(1 + x^2)^(1/3)), x)   
      
   are still too difficult:

   So there appears to be room for further growth ...
