Full algorithm for algebraic functions was never implemented.
FriCAS ships full implementation of transcendental part of Risch
algoritm. AFAICS FriCAS is the only systems doing so, or at
least the only system using Risch algorithm by default. I heard
claims that Maple implements Risch algorithm, but simple
experiments shows that in it misses some integrals doable
by transcendetal part of Risch algoritm.

For algebraic functions FriCAS implements part of Risch
algoritm, but there are substantial gaps. Namely, for
purely algebraic integrands FriCAS may miss the integral
when there is interesting relation between residues -- FriCAS
can do here probably more than any other system, but even
for purely algebraic functions this is incomplete. For
mixed functions FriCAS implments only relatively easy parts.
