book libraries, ETHZ, UNIZ and EPFL have a big ones, but there   
   are also some in Germany which is closest foreign country,   
   and of course departments and institutes have their   
      
   specialized libraries. must cost a fortune all these paper   
   book libraries, no wonder some boycott Elsevier etc.. And if   
   you go to amazon and order a second hand book, you get sometimes   
      
   a sorted out library book...
