The new hipow/2 was already pushed to GitHub just now: https://github.com/jburse/jekejeke-devel/blob/master/jekmin/head ess/jekmin/frequent/gauss/ring.p#L259 In the same file is randpoly/2, which I used to find the pair here in this post.
