   One in theory can make a CDF just to run Rubi and then download   
   the CDF and run it locally using the CDF player from WRI.   
      
   Other than these options, I do not see how else on can run   
   Rubi "online"? Since it needs Mathematica to run.   
      
   Any suggestions you could provide?  Other than porting Rubi to   
   javascript?
