   Rubi uses two steps to integrate log(a+b*x)*log(c+d*x)/(e+f*x) wrt x.  First   
   it uses a linear substitution to transform the integrand into the form   
   log(a+b*x)*log(c+d*x)/x.  Then it uses one "incomprehensible" rule to   
   integrate that.  Perhaps you or some    
   other reader knows how to break it down into "comprehensible" steps...
