   As I have commented on here before, some past figures who   
   I say were similar to me had seven years of low years (low   
   in terms of creativity and in terms of delusion).   
      
   In my case my way has been eased by medication, currently   
   1250 mg divalproex sodium and 10 mg olanzapine daily.   
   But I think this has meant I have had to go longer to   
   attain the same level of suffering.   
      
   I have speculated that my low years would last seven   
   years plus an eleven year sunspot cycle, but I am   
   currently approaching four months over that.   
      
   As I discuss in the thread "Cu Chulainn/Amergin and me"   
   on alt.religion.druid, based on the number of pairs   
   of magical birds associated with the conception of   
   CU Chulainn, which I associate with the number of   
   lunar months in the low years of Amergin, I now hope   
   that I will come out of the low years no later than   
   the summer solstice.   
      
   While I am on medication my low years aren't very   
   low, but I still hope I will come out of them   
   into a period of sustained productive creativity,   
   similar to Taliesin (Gwion) keeping the cauldron   
   steadily boiling.
