   June 2014 At Her House   
   On Colonial Dr. in Ocean   
   Springs, MS   
      
      
   8 days of black diarrhea   
   inability to empty bladder   
   frequent small urine voids   
   ammonia & sulfur urine odor   
   blurred vision   
   visual acuity much worse   
   severe cramps in web of hand   
   between thumb & index fingers   
   sleeplessness   
   felt toxic   
   & more   
      
   I stayed at her house for about   
   6 days prior to moving into   
   my mothers house because they   
   said the AC at mom's needed a   
   repair and Kevin was doing the   
   repair. Steve says nothing was   
   wrong with the AC.   
      
   Over a year later, after telling   
   Steve aprox. a dozen times I had   
   been poisoned at Ann's, including   
   the first time I saw him after   
   I moved into mom's, he admitted   
   the estate scheme between them   
   was my sisters idea and he told   
   me she had said she was hoping   
   I would die or committ suicide.   
      
   Once I moved into mothers I began   
   to have severe headaches, vertigo   
   attacks, seizures, breathing   
   problems, etc. Chemicals & mold/   
   mildew had been sprayed, poured,   
   dusted on my belongings, the   
   floor, etc.   
      
   More symptoms developed as time   
   went by and I am still extremely   
   sick.   
      
   If I die from this or the   
   complicatiins from the treatment   
   I have received my death is   
   murder.
