   Introduce mandatory national service but start at the top with children of   
   the wealthy and politicians with absolutely no exceptions, even if you're in   
   a wheel chair.  Lots of desk jobs.  Only those who are incarcerated in mental   
   health institutions will be exempt, so if anyone wants to pull a Trump, off   
   to the bozo bin they go!
