Bullshit. Unsecured email server? Ring a bell?
Personal USB drive with copies of documents from that server? Ring a bell?
   Hello? Any intelligence there?

   > Biden only inadvertently had some at the Penn Center,

Oh, then so Trump inadvertently took some.

You will of course be willing to show me under federal law that
inadvertently taking and keeping classified documents is allowed..

   >and he personally didn't take them.

Then he can prove that in Court.. once you find the article of law that says
   that is even relevant.

   > His staff sent them.

Great let's put them on trial as well.

   > Trump *knowingly* stole documents.

   Na, his staff sent them.

I mean do you think he personally packed all that stuff?

Staff did. So he gets the free pass you would give Biden. Right?

   > There is no valid comparison.

Totally valid under the law, and that is what we are discussing.

I suppose the real question is do you think Democrats should be held
accountable under the law as you claim Trump should.

Because I'm perfectly happy to see all of them prosecuted. Maybe we should
do searches on other Presidents, Vice-Presidents, First Ladies, and
Appointed officials to see who else 'accident' walked off with classified
materials in direct violation of federal law?
   Then prosecute them all.

After all, if it's good enough for Trump it's good enough for the others.
Besides, Democrats set the standard that this conduct was not worthy of
   prosecution...
