   While Biden did have the power to declassify documents when he was VP, thank   
   you Obama, he did not   
   have that privilege when he was a senator.   
   Some documents allegedly were taken from the SCIF which is a huge violation.   
      
   Biden was tipped off ahead of time by the DOJ/FBI that they were coming to   
   inspect his homes so he   
   had time to have his lawyers sift through what was there. Also the FBI refused   
   the opportunity to   
   accompany Biden's lawyers as they searched through the documents.   
   So of course Biden voluntarily turned them over.   
   Pence was just a another schlep tossed into the mix to make it look legit and   
   non partisan.   
      
   We are living in very dangerous times where the various government agencies   
   have been weaponized to   
   attack the other party and at the same time protect the party in office.
