   Well you're getting close - it wasn't "theft" when the documents enter   
   their possession, but it becomes theft when they lie and try to keep   
   them.   
      
   Again, do not NOBODY (not tRump, not anybody) is being charged with theft   
   - tRump is being charged with actions he took to try to keep those   
   document - refusing to return them.
