   Except Biden didn't return it when he was suppose to which makes it   
   theft.... regardless of what he did or didn't do in the future.   
      
   I would simply note that by YOUR OWN STANDARDS. Trump is innocent. Those   
   documents were loaned to him and isn't theft as long as he returns them   
   someday.. maybe 20 years from now.
