   So con men are innocent? I mean you GAVE them the money, oh, sure they   
   promised to give it back in a week with 100% interest.. but it wasn't theft   
   because you gave it to them.   
      
   I will simply note that once again Baxter's legal experience exonerates   
   Trump of any crime. He was GIVEN those documents, therefore by Baxter's   
   claim Trump committed no crime, and wont as long as at some point in the   
   future he plans to give them back when it suits him.
