   Actually TBH I don't hold either Biden or Trump responsible for COVID   
   decisions. Both were being   
   fed false information or at best information based upon theories.   
      
   Trump had the hospital ships docked to handle the overflow.   
   Trump had the Javits Center (NYC) converted to have negative air pressure.   
   Trump had factories retool to make respirators.   
   And so forth.   
      
   In my opinion Trump's major mistake was delegating the distribution of the   
   vaccines to the states.   
   while on the surface this looks good because a state like Wyoming certainly   
   has different   
   requirements than NYS, he gave up control and depending upon the state it   
   turned to shit.   
   NYS for example.   
      
   Biden did the opposite and involved the federal goverment at the top tier,   
   which IMHO was the right   
   thing to do.   
      
   The COVID problems don't lie with either administration IMHO but with the   
   misinformation, bad   
   science and cover ups that Fauci and his minions were involved with.
