   Maybe veterans should not use Menlo Park and Palo Alto VA facilities then.   
      
   Menlo Park is known for substance abuse and psychological treatment.  Palo   
   Alto is a training facility in partnership with Stanford.  So basically, Palo   
   Alto experiments on veterans using medical students.   
      
   There are better choices and options in the Southern parts of California where   
   the aforementioned facilities send patients they can't care for.
