   Hard to imagine who would vote against such a proposal.  After all, post   
   perihelion the gear will run out of energy anyway, and why not undertake   
   some daring exercises before its eventual disactivation anyway?  Should   
   be really interesting to travel in and through the comet's tail for a   
   while; see what kind of stuff that thing is farting out ...
