   You can get 99% of the way there by being smart: avoid the mosquitos   
   that come out around sunset/early evening (those are the malarial ones;   
   morning mosquitos are a different breed).  Wear long sleeves when   
   necessary, use repellant spray, sleep under a mosquito net, and so on.   
   Lasted 20 years in malarial countries with no meds.  //knocks on wood.
