   Man, the whole southwest is going to sporting a new look before this decade   
   is over.  Hello, desert my old friend.   
      
   Curious to see how it plays out for those localities where increased   
   flooding and humidity are expected.   
      
   Related, has anyone read "The Windup Girl" by Paolo Bacigalupi?  Great read   
   about a post-oil dystopia, and it touches on what agriculture will look like   
   when we royally goof up the natural cycles this generation considers normal.
