   I speak from my perspective, not from Vegans' perspective. Even less   
   from "purist vegan's" perspective. Purism for purism's sake leads to   
   irrationality. I believe I've stated my own thoughts on the pet issue in

   So why all the examples from animal world then? Of course murder is a   
   man-made concept. I asked, how would *you* define "murder" but you   
   evaded the question.

   In a society where omnivore diet is the default, choosing vegetarian   
   diet is often times an individual choice if anything.
