   Being locked in is a nightmare beyond any conceivable nightmare.   
   Everyone makes their own choice, I suppose.  I can't imagine I'd want   
   to live though.  Pull my plug as soon as possible!   
      
   I suppose it's hard to extrapolate how you'd react though - like   
   asking people how they'd behave if taken hostage.  Hard to know until   
   it happens (and hopefully it never does).
