Why not just human stem cells as well? Same technology, same economic
and moral advantages/conundrums. And it tastes like pork!

We're running out of meats to eat. Was just reading about what we've
done to the world's fisheries, and modern cattle farming is an exercise
in genetic monoculture, hormone treatments, and industrialized
slaughter. It wouldn't take much for some new disease to do serious
   damage to the industry.
