   I checked out the video.  Interesting, and the soundtrack is   
    perfect.  Thought they missed an opportunity though.  The place   
    was working perfectly, just filled with water.  Considering all   
    the underground utility cables we could expect a lot worse than   
    just high water though.  That Salt water would also wreck A lot   
    of rebar too, so expect fallen concrete and unsafe Structures.
