   Yeah, bad news for everyone ultimately.  It's really quite depressing that   
   humans are marching right along with these giant corporations as they   
   continue raping the planet but I guess wage slavery enslaves the mind and   
   the body.  We ought to be trying to soften the crash - which more and more   
   specialists say is right around the corner - when the rapid rise in cost   
   of oii extraction begins to topple this house of cards that modern culture   
   is built on.  The slope down the other side of the peak oil curve is quite   
   steeper the rise was due to the dificulty of accessing the remaining oil;   
   that means more war, more polution, more oppression by the powerful.
