   Body resistance (perhaps lowered a bit with saltwater at the electrodes) is   
   such that that level of voltage usually results in lethal current.  Ohm's   
   Law is your friend.  :)   
      
   (Unless I'm remembering things wrong...thought I read somewhere that 2 kV
