   Analyzing some of the latest technological developments for eVTOL   
   battery power.   
      
   The push to deploy electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL)   
   aircraft in a variety of roles - from unmanned delivery drones to   
   Urban Air Mobility (UAM) air taxis - is governed by the limits of   
   available onboard electric power. Because of their flight profiles,   
   eVTOLs require substantial levels of power during peak performance   
   phases of flight during takeoff, landing, and flying into headwinds.
