   They are pretty close to it if you reprocess, even closer if   
   you build breeder reactors.   
      
   Beyond that, the Japanese demonstrated an ion exchange process   
   to extract uranium from seawater back in the 1970s, at a cost   
   of something like $700/lb, "1970 dollars". That's essentailly   
   infinite supply of uranium.   
      
   Then there's thorium. Thorium is "about as common as lead",   
   and "There is probably more energy available in the earth's crust   
   from thorium than from uranium and all fossil fuels put together."
