   Hi Phil,   
      
   I'm not sure whether you are still working on this. If yes, have a   
   look at toptica. They offer commercial solutions for this. That might   
   give you some ideas.   
      
   We are using their equipment to lock a 2064nm laser diode to a gas   
   cell and a pulsed ring laser resonator to the laser diode.
